Rasta Schmoo is a Rastafarian lobster.

He watches over the Chinese girls while they make shoes. He reveals that the Chinese girls had been fired for outsourcing, and suggests that they have a competition to prove who is best at shoe-making.
While they compete for 36 years, he judges their progress. Instead of declaring a winner, he reveals that saying "winner" was the word of the day, and dumps victory sludge on one of the Chinese girls.
